Service Pupils

At Manor Farm Academy our Pastoral Team is committed to providing dedicated support for our Service pupils, recognising the unique experiences and challenges that can come with Service family life.

We work closely with pupils and their families to ensure they feel welcomed, understood, and fully included in school life.
We strive to ensure pupils settle quickly into life at Manor Farm, this is achieved through:
  • Pastoral check-ins
  • Tailored pastoral support
  • Clear communication with families

Systems are in place for building strong friendships, and maintaining continuity in their learning and wellbeing.

Our team also offers additional guidance during times of transition, such as moves or parental deployment, ensuring every Service pupil feels supported, valued, and able to thrive within our school community.
